TwinX protocol
TwinX is a protocol-led ecosystem architecture. The TwinX protocol:
- does not issue tokens
- does not sell tokens
- does not define economic terms
- does not manage assets
- does not control projects
Independent projects
Legal structure, investor rights, cashflows, risk profiles, and regulatory compliance are defined and handled by independent projects that may use or reference the protocol. Those projects:
- define legal structure
- define investor rights
- define cashflows
- define risk
- handle compliance
Economic terms, legal rights, cashflow sources, risk profiles, and regulatory compliance are defined exclusively by independent projects using the protocol and not by the TwinX protocol itself.
